Now based in the West Valley of Arizona, Ms. LaCroix was intricately connected to the Orange County business community for 20 years. She is an Economic Development expert with a background on Wall Street in trading, software, and recruiting for Merrill Lynch and Bloomberg. She has a clear understanding of market positioning, segmentation, economic drivers and industry trendlines. As a formally trained career management professional, she has developed a formidable understanding of workforce development topics and is a speaker for economic development coalitions, boards of education, and the United States Marines. She holds multiple local and regional committee positions in the West Valley.

Ms. LaCroix graduated with a Masters in Educational Clinical Counseling from Azusa Pacific University and earned a B.A. in Psychology from University of California, Irvine.

An Arizona native and 20-year veteran of the United States Marines, Mr. Snidecor is highly respected and networked throughout Arizona’s business, academic, and political theatres. He is a member of Senator Sinema’s Veteran Advisory Council, Chair of the City of Peoria’s Veterans Memorial Board, former Board of Directors for Trans-American Solutions, former Business Analyst for Thunderbird Angel Network, and holds many other positions on committees throughout the West Valley. As CEO and Co-Founder of Veteran Advisor Corps, he consults on business and crisis turnaround management.

Mr. Snidecor graduated with a Masters in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and earned a B.A. in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
